Why see a Naturopath
Naturopaths are trained professionals who provide evidence-based herbal and nutraceutical medicine, alongside expert advice on lifestyle and nutrition. They are skilled in interpreting various functional tests and pathology results, offering a comprehensive understanding of your health.
Unlike conventional treatments that often focus on managing symptoms, naturopaths take a holistic approach to health. They look at your body as a whole, striving to identify and treat the root causes of your health concerns, helping you achieve long-term wellness. If you're looking for a more natural and personalised approach to your health, a Naturopath may be a supportive addition to your health journey.

What should I expect from a consult?
In our initial consult we will discuss everything related to you! Your current health concerns, your medical history, current diet and lifestyle routines, your families medical history, medications and also conduct relevant physical examinations if needed.
Overall, the consultation aims to understand not just your symptoms, but the underlying causes of any health concerns, with a focus on healing the body naturally.
Herbal and nutritional supplements may be recommended, as well as functional testing if appropriate.
A treatment plan will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your consult, detailing any relevant diet, lifestyle and prescription advice.

How long until I see a result?
As no one person or treatment plan is the same, this is a tricky question to answer!
Depending on the nature and chronicity of your health concerns, your treatment plan may span from a few weeks to months long. Factors such as the severity of your condition, your lifestyle, and how well your body responds to the treatment can all influence the timeline. This is because we focus on addressing the root cause of your health issues, rather than just managing symptoms.
Many clients begin to experience positive changes within a few weeks of starting treatment. While we prioritise long-term wellness, we are committed to helping you feel better as quickly as possible while working towards lasting improvements in your health.

Of course! As naturopath’s we’re here to work with you and meet you where you’re at.
